Biography

Simon A. Shomkegh holds a Ph.D in Environmental Management since 2013 and works with the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Nigeria. He has been in active teaching, research and outreach service for the past 18 years and currently heads the Department of Social and Environmental Forestry in the University. Simon is an Associate Professor of Environmental Management with current research interests in natural resources management, ethnobotany and climate resilience building.
